Meet Manlio
A builder who answers his own phone.
Manlio Corradi founded MC Remodeling in San Francisco to do this work the way he thought it should be done: one client at a time, one job site at a time, with the same person on the phone as on the job.
Nearly two decades in, that hasn't changed. Every project runs through him personally — the reason clients keep coming back and referring their neighbors.
His path here was anything but typical. Manlio holds a degree in sound engineering along with extended studies and certifications as a percussionist, has lived on three continents, speaks four languages, and has led remodeling work in Spain and across the Caribbean. That international perspective shows up in the details — and in how easily he works with clients from every background.
What clients notice first, though, is the straight talk: clear pricing, honest timelines, and a calm, steady presence from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
